She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Goodwill and Audrey Goodwill Slasor (Baker); her stepfather Ralph Slasor; her husband Richard "Blaine" Smith; her great grandchild Eva Fields; and her siblings, Ray, Chuck, Jesse, Jim Goodwill, Shirley Rose, Beverly Lawson, Wanda Cooper and Ellen Pollock.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Smith (Patricia) of Quaker City, Judith Davidson (Kenny) of Fairmont, WV, Ruby Groves (Ken) of North Canton, D. Denise Henry (John) of Milan, IN, Joyce Smith (Paul Garner) of Byesville, Rachel Fuller (Benny) of Old Washington and Sally Fields of Cambridge; and her brother Elmer Goodwill of California. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 44 great- grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
