He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Smallwood Adams of Cambridge; his children, Curt Adams of Massillon, Jeff Parker of Navarre and Shelly Wade of Massillon; and his stepchildren, Jim Mullins of Tioga, WV, Buzz Mullins, Bob Mullins and Delsie Swearinger. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and 2 cats.
