She was predeceased by: her brother Michael; and her niece Trudi Pitner. She is survived by: her parents, Arthur Eugene "Gene" and Betty Joanne Lenarz (Reichman) of Freeport; her sons, Casey E. Burnworth (Chrisie) of Newark and Dylan C. Burnworth (Paulla) of Cambridge; and her siblings, Steven Lenarz, Debbie Colvin (Bruce), Vince Lenarz (Becky), Todd Lenarz and Jodi Lenarz.
