He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Moore and Selma Moore (Broom); his brother Donald Moore; and his daughter Gloria Jean Moore (Modock). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Moore (Koval); his children, Greg Moore (Denise) and Jalonda Ratliff (Calvin); his stepsons, Jerry Gress (Brenda) and Shon Gress; his grandchildren, Lisa Ratliff, Kyle Ratliff (Gina), Tyler Moore, Matthew Moore (Amanda), Adam Moore, Kaylyn Edwards (Tim) and Jeremy Gress (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Xavier Moore, Leland Moore, McKenzie Lopez, Mason Ratliff, Caisen Edwards and Cooper Edwards; and his sister Ruth Elaine Lindenmyer. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
