He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lawton Breedlove and Kitty Kathleen Gandee Breedlove; and his grandparents, Albert Abram Gandee, Maggie Mae Smith Gandee, Robert Perry Breedlove and Mary Willa Thompson Breedlove.
He is survived by: his children, Regina Renice Breedlove-Holbrook (Jeffrey Alan) of Walton and James Lloyd Breedlove (Christina Lynn); his grandchildren, James Lucas, Joshua Lloyd, Lily Christina and Clover Lynn of Sherrodsville, Ohio; his sister Juanita Sharon Shafer (Samuel) of Clendenin; his former wife Licia Rae Andric of Cambridge, Ohio; and also, George Cunningham, Alicia Allison Cunningham (Daniel Eltringham), Layton Grand Eltringham of Cambridge, Ohio, Kayla Mae Kocsis (Logan) of Kentucky, Madelyn, Georgia and Savannah Cunningham of Cambridge, Ohio..
