He was predeceased by: his parents, James Johnston and Betty Johnston (Shaffer). He is survived by: his children, Michael McCoy of Cambridge, Angela Johnston Kenisell of South Carolina, Jamie Johnson (Chad) of Cambridge and Jessica Luke (Jeff) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Emma Sills, Erika Luke, Kaitlyn Luke and Paisley McCoy; and his friend Bobby Coury.
