He is survived by: his wife Carole Mitchell (Davis); his children, Brian of Columbus, Tami of Columbus and Debbie of Cleveland; his sister Karen; and his brother-in-law Mike Grove. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
