He was predeceased by: his father Howard Dean Lloyd, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother LaVonna Marie Parry Lloyd of Byesville; his children, Michael Anthony Lloyd of Cambridge, Emilee Lloyd of Cambridge and Straton Berry of Dexter City; and his siblings, Judean M. Leroy of Zanesville, Joanna L. Lloyd of Caldwell, Amanda R. Lloyd of St. Clairsville, Sheila Noll of Zanesville, Melody Johnson (Dave) of Crooksville and Toby A. Lloyd of Byesville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Guests are required to wear face coverings and practice social distancing as required by the state of Ohio.
