He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert and Lillian Earley Sr. (Ford); his children, Twila Earley, Sophie Harris, Herbie Earley and John Fannin; and his siblings, Chung Earley and Ruth Earley.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Fannin; his children, Tiffany Blanchard of Lore City, Cleola Earley of Cambridge, Nicole Watson (Arzy) of Claysville, Chris Harris of Cambridge, Michael Harris of Columbus and Steve Harris of Cambridge; his siblings, Mike Earley of Cincinnati, Howard Payton of Uhrichsville, Chris Earley of West Virginia, Jacinta Tucker of Middleton, Jackie Earley of Dover and Mary Jo Smith of Alabama; and his close friends, Butch Snoddy and Mike Mack. He is also survived by his eighteen grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren.
