She is survived by: her children, Christine Schwamel (James), Andrea Yakubik, Andrew Yakubik (Carol), Aaron Yakubik (Teresa) and Cal Yakubik (Michele); her grandchildren, Mark Schwamel (April), Michael Schwamel (Holly), Steve Yakubik (Tammy), David Yakubik, Kevin Schwamel (Kinsey), Rachel Velto (Thomas) and Jerod Yakubik; her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Alexandra, Riley, Chase, Damien, Easton, Evelyn, Auden, Emerson and Aisla; and her stepgreat-grandson TJ. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
