She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Paul Sr. and Helen Fizek Orahoske; her husband Dale Haynam; her brothers, Joseph Paul Jr. and John Fizek; her niece JoEllen Orahoske Supplee; her great-nephew Dillion Joseph Lanthorn; and her stepdaughter Dayle Gruszecki.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Judy Hopkins Orahoske (John); her nieces, Jodi Orahoske Lanthorn (Adam) and Gwendi Hopkins (Mack Bentley); her cousin John Latchic; her stepdaughters, Diana Ulman, Direne Stanley, Dedre Snode, Daryl Haynam, Darla Hupp and Danita Fick; her daughter Ruth Haynam; her great-nephew Mason Lanthorn; and her friends, Jim, Kathy Savage, Roy, Sharon Thomas, Dorthea Selock, Sue Tysinger, Holly Hanes, Tessie and Miss Puss. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
