She was predeceased by: her parents, Adoniram Judson and Elizabeth McElwee (Hunnell); and her siblings, Lester McElwee, Emma Tedrick (McElwee), Wayne McElwee and Elizabeth Ruth Holmes (McElwee).
She is survived by: her husband Charles Lester Gregg; her daughter Barbara Anderson; her grandsons, Scott Fitzgerald, Mark Fitzgerald and Patrick Ward; and her great grandchildren, Brad Fitzgerald, Julie Furxhi (Fitzgerald), Tyler Fitzgerald, Cassidy Daye (Ward), Nathan Ward and Bridget Ward. She is also survived by five great-great-grandchildren.
Helen asked that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to the Youth Group at Stop 9 Church of Christ (60330 Southgate Road, Byesville OH 43723) or to Hospice of Guernsey, Inc. (PO Box 1165, Cambridge OH 43725).
