He is survived by: his stepchildren, Nicole Dalrymple (Josh) and Shawn Shuster (Jennifer Lewin); his stepgrandchildren, Chelsey Embry, Cody Wilson and Connor Shuster; his siblings, Judy Wickham (Rick Rutter), James Wickham (Amy), Jason Wickham and Kathy Booth (Shawn); his nieces and nephews, Jeff, Mike, Jessica, Stephanie, James, Jr., Dalton, Dillon, Megan, Thomas, Lindsey, Tyler, Nicole, Jason, Hannah, Kelly, Makayla and Shawn, Jr.; his aunts and uncles, Cora Wheeler (James), Tammy Lyons, Debbie Miller (Ron), Terry Savage (Christie), Richard Savage (Cathy), Danny Savage (Rose), John Savage, Bob Wickham, Don Wickham (Alice), Betty Lent, Janice Smith and Ruth Bost; his stepdaughter Jane Smalley; and his sister Andrea Stollar (Glen). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; special friend and mother.
