He was predeceased by: his sister Kim Weber; and the mother of his children Amy Neff. He is survived by: his children, Abigail and Kaitlin Neff; his grandchildren, Axel, Arlo, Layana and Amylia; and his siblings, Larry Neff and Sheryl Trofibio.
