He is survived by: his wife Maria Barczak (DelCarmen); his stepsons, Jose Angel Cuellar of Monterrey and Louis Alberto Cuellar (Maria Del Lourdes) of Monterrey, Mexico; and his brother Ernest John Barczak (Rosemarie) of Ontario, Canada..
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to one of the following: 1) Christ Our Light Parish; or 2) The St. Vincent DePaul Society, in care of Christ Our Light Parish.
