He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bliss and Nelle Bliss (Hammond); his wife June Jones Bliss (Danley); his former wife Opal Bliss (Gould); his stepson Richard Jones; and his sisters, Dorothy Olsavsky, Monna Rose and Theda Works.
He is survived by: his daughter Lana Watkins (Ralph) of Cambridge; his stepchildren, Dennis Jones (Kathryn) of Norwalk, Marla Vance of Marion, Brenda Enterline (James) of Marion and Timothy Jones (Cheryl) of Yadkinville, NC; and his grandchildren, James Jackson (Amy) of Columbus and Heather Jackson of Las Vegas. He is also survived by step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, great nieces, great nephews and many friends.
