He was predeceased by: his father George F. Lukacsko. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Lukacsko (Dister); his daughter Twaina R. Thacker (Brandon) of Chesapeake, OH; his siblings, Jim Lukacsko (Peg) of Frankfort, KY and Debra Gartner (Eric) of Hampton, TN; his close friend Jim; and his daughter Ruth Arix. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
