He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Allender and Francis Flood Allender. He is survived by: his stepmother Hazel Allender; his wife Janet (Ables); his sons, Kevin Allender (Debbie) and Keith Allender (Dawn); his grandchildren, Chris Allender (Andrea), Cory Allender (Adrienne), Chelsea Anderson (Kyle) and Avery Allender (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Luke, Lexie and Olivia; his brothers, Bob Allender of Beverly and Craig Allender of Greer; and his cousins, Harold Martin and Mary Lou Upton.
