He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Nicholson and Mary Ellen Pierce Nicholson; his son Adam Richard; and his brother Craig Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Thomas Nicholson; and his son Jeremy R. Nicholson (Jessica) of Cambridge, OH.. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
