She was predeceased by: her parents, George L. Davenport and Elna A. Davenport (Bastubee); and her husband Robert A. "Bob" Lenarz Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Donald Blair of Coshocton, Michael Blair (Lydia) of New Philadelphia, James Blair (Stacey Moore) of Cambridge and Dan Blair (Donna) of Kimbolton; her grandchildren, Mark, Jessica, Ashley, Makayla, Tiffany, Jim, Katie, Scott, Troy and Kyle; her great grandchildren, Kevin, Kyle, Kolten, Katie, Tyler, Xaiver, Jacob, Jasper, Laden, Kaylee, Lacey, Audrey, Lilian, Remi, Zaylee, Draven, Gavin, Parker, Lewis and Lynn; and her close friend Jeff Plunkett. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
