He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willard C. and Barbara McCauley (Boyd). He is survived by: his wife Karie McCauley (Hall); his son Carter McCauley (Eric); his parents, Mike R. McCauley and Vickie McCauley (Kavulich); his grandmother Barbara Sipe; his brother Matt McCauley (Leigh); his nephews, Chase and Cash McCauley; his father-in-law Chris (Diana Hall); his brother-in-law Christopher Hall (Andrea); his nephew Paxton Hall; his grandparents-in-law, Larry and Teddy Ball; and his uncle Steve McCauley (Pam). He is also survived by many cousins and aunts and uncles.
