She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew F. Slifko and Susie R. Slifko (Kromi); and her siblings, Thelma Slifko, Robert, Thomas, Raymond, Richard, James and Dwight Slifko.
She is survived by: her husband Robert R. Hopkins; her daughters, Lisa M. Hopkins of Cambridge and Lori Ziech (Tracy) of Newark; her sisters, Shirley Haugh (William) of Sevierville, TN and Joann Haugh (Robert) of Byesville; and her grandsons, Nicholas Robert Dennis Ziech, Daniel Andrew Howard Ziech and Michael Joseph Richard Ziech. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
