He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Woods and Fanny Woods (Blake); his daughter Bonnie Heatherington; his granddaughter Rose Mcgainey; his great grandchild Sarah Manlet (Riya Heatherington); and his siblings, Austin Butch Woods, David Woods, Robert "Bob" Woods, Doris Woods, Janice Opic, Priscilla "Sallie" Elliett and Brenda Solomon.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sharlene Woods; his children, Andrea Rae Woods of Pageland, SC, Peggy Hayes (Mike) of Norwich, Scott Heatherington (Pam) of Cambridge, Joni Shuman (Brian) of Cambridge and Amy McFarland of Cambridge; and his sisters, Hatti Barrett (John), Connie Wagner, Bonnie Lucas, Patty Ingold (Kevin) and Penny Koski. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild, several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and a host of other relatives and friends.
