He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Sug Wheatley; and his niece Makayla Scott. He is survived by: his parents, Earl Whitehair and Carolyn Whitehair (Willis); his son Kristopher; his siblings, Vicki Sichina (Robin), Annette Scott (Robert), Sheri Secrest (Brian) and Brad Whitehair (Ann); and also Hershey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a great-great-niece.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Doug's name be made to the Southern Hills Baptist Church (127 W 8th Street, Cambridge OH 43725).
