He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Nicole Ruffing (Blake) of Dover; his granddaughter Jaden June Ruffing; and his siblings, Diane Barnes (Wayne) of Old Washington, Dale Hinson (Carolyn) of Salem and David Hinson of Cambridge. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close cousins.
