She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Johnson and Helen Johnson (Sarchet); and her brother Dallas Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Edward Allen Hlad; her children, Anna Michelle Hlad Kolonchuk (Ray Kolonchuk) and Steven Edward Hlad (Amy Schupbach Hlad); her grandchildren, Alex Wilson, Kevin Hlad (Destiny), Zachary Kolonchuk, Andrew Kolonchuk, Cassandra Kolonchuk, Taylor Hlad and Alyssa Kolonchuk; her great grandchildren, Kolt Hlad and Kade Hlad; her siblings, Dannie Johnson (Denise), Dennis Johnson (Suellen), Daren Johnson and Darla McElroy (Duke); and her sister-in-law Sally Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
