He was predeceased by: his parents, Mahlon Lodge and Florence Lodge (Estep); his wife Carol Lodge; his siblings, Charlie Lodge, Willard Lodge, Juanita Laughman, Jeanette Casterline, Phyllis Cramblett and Emily Beal; his grandson Benjamin Lodge; and his son-in-law Russ Minton.

He is survived by: his children, Keith Lodge (Gaye) of Winterset and Kendra Minton of Pataskala; his sisters, Elaine Bean, Elizabeth Montgomery and Carolyn Thatcher; his grandchildren, Matthew Lodge (Shannon), Kymberly Lodge, Katelyn Minton and Kristen Minton; and his great grandchildren, Lauren and Preston Lodge.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Guernsey or Center United Methodist Church.
