It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Lynn Gilfillan (Cambridge, Ohio), who passed away on February 27, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Yontz and Barbara Yontz; her sister Marcia Pollock; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Patricia Gilfillan; and her siblings-in-law, Thomas, David Gilfillan and Stella Sammons.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Gilfillan (Peter Thompson), Lisa Gilfillan (Walter Zelhofer) and Stacy Gilfillan (Thomas Griffiths); her grandchildren, Stell Gilfillan Griffiths, Lilian Zelhofer, Maren Thompson and Zelhofer; and her siblings, Paula Sweigart, Pamela Stein, Mary 'Nanette Bishop and Mark Yontz.
Donations in her name can be made to Wild Coast, Lungevity, St. Jude Children's Hospital and the Salvation Army, charities that Chris supported throughout her lifetime.
