He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Watkins and Alma Watkins (Snodgrass); and his siblings, Richard, Jack, Gene Watkins and Janet Watkins.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Watkins (Helderth); his children, Kevin Watkins (Lori) of Delaware and Jodi Crowley (Shawn) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Tyler Watkins, Kayla Watkins, Haleigh Watkins, Alexa (Alex Watkins), JW Raptis and Samantha Sylvis (Joe); his great grandchildren, Malachi, Emmalyn and Ripley; his nephew John Watkins of New Jersey; and his niece Kathy Dunfree of Marietta.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Thorn-Black Funeral Home Inc. (139 S 9th St, Cambridge, OH 43725). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
