Loy of Cambridge, Ohio, born in New Martinsville, West Virginia, who passed away on July 2, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Loy and Daisy Loy (Workman). He is survived by: his wife Diana J. Loy (Eckelberry) of Cambridge; his sons, Richard Loy (Tina) of West Lafayette, Charles R. Loy (Teresa Wilson) and Jeffery A. Loy (Kellie) of Pleasant City; and his grandchildren, Rickie Loy, Seth Loy, Jeremy Loy, Joshua Loy, Ashley Nicole Loy, Hunter Loy and Hayden Loy.
