He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Charles Loudermilk and Henrietta Viola Loudermilk (Spafford); and his sister Evelyn. He is survived by: his wife Barbara E. Loudermilk (Trischler); his children, Debbie Sue Wallace (John Adams), Tina Loraine Huther (David), Jamie Jo Loudermilk and Charles Edward Loudermilk Jr. (Daphne); and his stepchildren, Terri Horton (Jon Hanline), Paula Kafury (Charles "Bud"), Dennis Horton (Lana), Jody Wilson and David Horton (Michele). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and step grands and nieces and nephews.
