She was predeceased by: her parents, Marilyn Payton Harris and George R. Payton; her husband Fred Purdy; her son Ronnie "Moe" Payton; and her brother Chihuahua.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jordan Tedrick of Cambridge, OH, Isabella Grace Tabor (Izzy) and Parker Jaden Tabor of Clayton, NC.; her children, Jada A. Tabor (Dwan) of Clayton, NC and James R. Payton of Cambridge, OH.; and her siblings, G. Michael Payton (Joyce) of Gahanna, OH, Rebecca Brooks (Maxley) of Columbus, OH, Liz Lucas (Phillip) of Columbus, OH and Bonita Harris of York, PA.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
