She is survived by: her husband Dale Lodge; her children, Keith Lodge (Gaye) of Winterset and Kendra Minton of Pataskala; her sister Shirley Stutz of Lore City; her grandchildren, Matthew Lodge (Shannon), Kymberly Lodge, Katelyn Minton and Kristen Minton; and her great grandchildren, Lauren and Preston Lodge.
