Gipson (Cambridge, Ohio), born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on August 13, 2019, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Michael Gipson; her children, Matthew Rausenberg (Katrina), Mark Rausenberg (Tiffanie), Amanda Perkins, Andrea Gipson, Sara Gipson (Travis Furbee), Phillip Gipson and Noah Gipson; her siblings, Steven Pickens, Sandra Jackson (David), John Higgenbotham, Connie Vorhies and Kimberly Spano (Rich); and her cousin Kevin Frakowski (Kim).
