He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Mathers and Nellie Mathers (Wilson); and his wife Eileen Mathers (Hardy). He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Mathers and Lucille Bugg; his son-in-law Tom Morris; his brother-in-law Dick Schaub; his children, Henry "Bo" Mathers (Terri) of Cambridge, Vonda Tipple (Ted) of Cambridge, Sue Ann Schultz (Dick) of Cambridge and Carla Morris (Ralph Taylor) of Cambridge; his sister Bonnie Schaub; and his pets, Bella and Sparky. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
