He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Beynon Sr. and Millie Lippincott Beynon; his wife Shirley Beynon (Oakley); his siblings, Goldie Smith, Clifford Beynon, Herbert Beynon Jr., Kenneth Beynon, Rober Beynon, Donald Beynon and Paul Beynon; and his sister-in-law Diane Holub.

He is survived by: his children, Vernon Beynon (Brenda) of Cambridge, Carla Taylor (Larry) of Cambridge and Shirleen Beynon of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Laura McComb (Dave), Mandy McGlumphy (Michael), Adam Taylor (Tracy), Troy Beynon (Alicia) and Josh Beynon (Lexie); his great grandchildren, Josie, Brennan, Ty, Drew, Kara, Liam, Pippi and Boone; his sister Judy Pethtel (Bill) of Cambridge; his sister-in-law Joleen Smithkey (Jim) of Canton; and his friends, Cliff, Pat Buckey and Myrtle Marlatt.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Thorn-Black Funeral Home Inc. (139 S 9th St, Cambridge, OH 43725). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
