He was predeceased by: his father Henry Floyd; and his sister Brenda Rae Ady. He is survived by: his wife Mary K. Ady (Schneider) of Cambridge; his sons, Casey J. Ady of Cuyahago Falls and Justin Hank Edward Ady (Jacklyn) of Georgetown; and his siblings, Beth Ann Ayers of Woodsfield and Brad Henry Ady (Brandy) of Clarington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
