He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Boyd and Patricia Boyd; and his siblings, Ronald, Kevin and Dotty.
He is survived by: his son Brian; his friend Pub; his wife Kim Boyd; his sons, Kevin Boyd, Corey Welch and Shawn Welch (Brianna); his granddaughter Sophie; his children, Lindsay Valentine, Ryan Valentine and Tyler Smith-Valentine; his sisters, Kim Lafferty (Jim) and Tricia Boyd; his niece Krystal Barbour (Ben); his great-nephew Vinnie; his aunt Barb Farmer (Bob); and his pet Wendy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Guernsey County Humane Society.
