She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael C. Kornokovich and Mildred I. Kornokovich (Weaver); her daughter Debbie; and her son-in-law Karl Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Robert D. Mackley Sr.; her children, Bob Mackley Jr. (Judy), Brenda Bailey and Becky Roe (John); her grandchildren, Amanda, Eric, Kati, Chris, Kelli, Paige, Haley and Destaney; her siblings, Mary Ann Church (Jim), James Kornokovich (Yvonne) and Joseph Kornokovich (Sylvia); and her close friend Darla. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
