She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Isabell Lee Proctor (Rogers); and her husband Thomas Forney. She is survived by: her brothers, Paul and Bernard Lee; her children, Deborah L. Ford (Douglas) of Edenton, NC. and Jeffery E. Forney (Vickie) of Kimbolton, OH.; her grandchildren, Andrew, Steven, Jacquelyn and Jeffery; her great grandchildren, Amanda, Paige, Alison and Abbilee; and her great great grandchildren, Luke and Kinsey.
