She was predeceased by: her parents, George Williamson and Alyce Williamson (Addis); her husband Charles Coulter; her siblings, David, Tom and Ann; and her daughter Teresa Jonell Kackley.
She is survived by: her children, Deci McDermott (David) of New Concord, Lorie Kirkman of Zanesville, Chuckie Coulter (Brandy) of Pleasant City and Angel Hickman (Rob) of Frazeysburg; her sisters-in-law, Peggy Williamson of Cambridge and Connie Coulter; her grandchildren, Emily, Eric, Shane, Addy, Charly, CandyJo, Skyler, Shayla and Shanelle; and her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Bo, Luke, Ava and Cruze.
Services will be Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 11:00 A. M. Family and Friends are welcome, but due to COVID- 19 please take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety and everyone else's should you decide to attend.
