He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew P. Koval and Betty Koval. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Koval; his daughter Carly Hager (Sam); his siblings, Rebecca Perry (Jack), Timothy Koval, Melissa Koval, Jolene Crum (Bob) and Jamie Sakach (Brian); his grandchildren, Logan Vorhies and Chloe Calder; and his nephew Jerod Koval. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
