He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Doutt and Agnes Doutt (Grabel); and his siblings, Mary Howe, Dorothy Woods, Shirley Eckleberry, Donald Doutt, Roy Doutt, Clyde Doutt, Robert Doutt and Jack Doutt.

He is survived by: his wife Wilma L. Doutt (Larrick); his children, Colleen Wheatley (Brent) of Cambridge, Connie Doutt of Mansfield, Thomas Doutt (Nancy) of Cambridge, Gordon Doutt (Sheryl) of Newcomerstown, Brent Doutt (Kathy) of Cambridge, Dennis Doutt of Cambridge and Kent Doutt (Karen) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Christa Snodgrass (Cory), Jeremy McFarland (Kara), Justin Doutt (Julie), Erin Davis (Eric), Renee Markel (Chad), Ryan Doutt (Ashley), Ricky Doutt (Danelle), Ida Doutt, Christopher Doutt (Lexie) and Chelsea Doutt (Devon); his stepgrandchildren, Melissa LaCroix (Charlie), Jennifer Mann (Chad), Kelley Wheatley (Nathan), Nick Cunningham (Wendy), Heidi Smith (Travis) and Krissy Cunningham; his great grandchildren, Alexis Hill, Allison Snodgrass, Austin Snodgrass, Aiden Snodgrass, Katelyn Markel, Blake Markel, Riley McFarland, Addison McFarland, Hayden Davis, Marshall Davis, Adelyn Doutt, Jenson LaCroix, Michael Perkins, Abbey Mann, Benson Mann, Gunner Riddle, Kadance Starr, Claire Smith, Jocelyn Bryan and Hadley Singleton; and his sister Josephine Burkett of Akron.
