He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Sr. Ramsey and Virginia Johnson Ramsey; his sisters, Virginia Bell and Alfretta Johnson; and his father-in-law Rev. Charles Simpson.
He is survived by: his pet Goliath; his wife Deirdre D. Johnson; his mother-in-law Betty Simpson; his sisters, Georgia McCollins and Alfreda Goff; his stepdaughters, Kayla Hollins, Amanda Micale and Ciara Harding (Wes); and his grandchildren, Jada, Michael, Mya, Alivia, Madelyn, Avery and Monty. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held Tuesday (November 9, 2021) from 11 a. m. to 1 p. m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 1 p. m. Friends and family are welcome, but due to COVID-19 please take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety and everyone else's should you decide to attend.
