She is survived by: her children, Wayne Hoffman (Sherry), Gary Hoffman, Tracy Haga (Jim), Vickie Cochran (Danny), Paula Sparks, Helen Conner (Rick), Mary Hoffman, Lisa Slane and Jenny Ocheltree (Shane); her grandchildren, Candy, Amy, Ryan, Heather, Richard, Shelby, Jonathan, Renee, Victoria, Kathleen, Laurie, Shawna, Jared, Samantha, Steven and Nick; and her sisters, Deanna Carper, Mary Ward, Debbie Miller, Phyllis Hahm and Barb Lavender. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
