He is survived by: his parent Melanie Collins (Kurtich); his stepfather George Collins; his siblings, Joshua McCanna (Morgan Nichols), Courtney Collins, Dustin Collins (Allie), Madelyn Thacker (Jospeh Beran), Sophia Thacker, Gabriel Thacker, Noah Collins and Nicholas Collins; and his nieces and nephews, Lincoln, Lainee Beran, Olivia, Adalynn McCanna, Keaton Collins, Harper and Ariella Collins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lifepoint Church of Marion (162 W Center St, Marion, OH 43302). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
