Banks of Caldwell, Ohio, born in Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Banks and Mildred Chapman Banks. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Frederickson Banks; his children, Pamela S. Goodwin (John) of Cambridge and William J. Banks of Caldwell; his grandchildren, Katelyn Messer (Pete) of Cambridge, Cameron Goodwin (Tessa Clarke) of Zanesville and Collin Banks of Caldwell; his great grandchildren, Miah Messer and Leo William Messer; and his siblings, Peggy Reel of Marion, Donald Banks (Mary Ann) of Asheville and Steve Banks (Debbie) of Asheville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
