She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Warner and Geneva Davidson Warner; her husband Charles E. Bender; her son Timothy "Tim" Smith; her grandchildren, Nicholas Smith, Adam Bender, Timothy "Timmy" Smith and Elexis "Lexi" Bender; her siblings, Wanda Hutchison, Virginia Stine and James Warner; and her brother-in-law Frank Yonker.
She is survived by: her friend Restaurant; her children, Charlee Petry (Tracy) of Caldwell, Jamie Smith (Debbie) of Rittman, OH and Eric Bender (Veronica) of Caldwell; her daughter-in-law Pam Smith of Caldwell; her grandchildren, Shelly Smith, Josh Clark, Scott Smith, Bryant Bender (Ginny) and Daniel Bender (Desiree); her great grandchildren, Zayne Smith (Emily Haga), Laken Clark (Chase Willey), Lilly Clark, Mazzie, Ciarra, Gunnar (Kara), Zayden Petry, Colt Willey, Riley, Cale, Adan, Alyx, Blake and Rhyat Bender; her siblings, Jeanie Clevedance (Paula McCormick) of Medina, OH, Alice Yonker of Wooster, OH and Bill Warner of Cumberland Falls, KY; her granddaughter-in-law Amber McKown; and her close friend Wayne Robertson of Senecaville, OH.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
