He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant "Shorty" and Ruth Oliver Warner; his siblings, David Warner, Donald "Duck" Warner (Linda), George "Frosty" Warner (Linda), James C. "Peanut" Warner (Marilyn) and Alice Warner; his siblings-in-law, Melody Warner and Jim Leonard; and his mother-in-law Melba Ann Hupp.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie S. Hupp Warner; his daughter Karen Brooker (Larry) of Berryton, KS; his grandchildren, Chelsea Brooker of Columbus, OH, Chasidy Brooker of Richmond, IN and Bobby; his siblings, Leonard "Lum" Warner of Caldwell, William "Blackie" Warner (Linda) of Summerfield, OH, Frank Warner of Summerfield, Fred Warner (Jennifer) of Galena, OH, Ronnie Warner (Marj) of Byesville, OH, Clarence Warner (Becky) of Buffalo, OH, Jerry Warner (Mary Jo) of Byesville, Rick Warner (Denitra) of Caldwell, Barbara Leonard of Summerfield and Joan Yokum of Pennsylvania; and his father-in-law Oliver A. Hupp of Caldwell. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
