He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parker and Lottie Opal Morrison Crum; and his siblings, Helen Opal Crum and John Carlos Crum. He is survived by: his wife Faith Elaine Bonam Crum; his children, Amanda J. Crum of Caldwell, John D. Crum (Liz) of Caldwell and Andrea R. Peoples (Brian) of Senecaville; his siblings, Eva Bettinger of Caldwell, Ellen Martin of Caldwell, Marlee Crum of Caldwell and Larry Crum of Caldwell; and his grandchildren, Hanan Hurst and Abigail Hurst. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
